Today involves ........ Chocolate

Yes its Bittersweet Chocolate Day.      This means the more cocoa in the chocolate the less sweet it is.  Plain chocolate in the UK is a bittersweet chocolate.

The weather here is really cold this morning as why not make yourself a cup of hot coffee and tuck into a Lime or Chocolate Madeleine.
