My Weekend Bake for Mothering Sunday

Well I am a week behind with my blog as was so busy last week with Mothering Sunday.   Hope everyone had a super day

My weekend bake for last week was Chocolate Cream cupcakes.

6oz Caster sugar
6oz soft butter
3 eggs
6oz self raising flour

butter icing  - you can cheat and Buy Betty Crockers or make your own with butter, cocoa and icing sugar

Wafer flowers - Dr Oetker c/o Tesco

Put oven on at Gas Mark 4
Put cake cases into a muffin tin.

Place butter and sugar into a bowl and beat until creamed.
add each egg individually with a little of the flour   beat well
stir in the remnants of the flour.

bake in an over 15-20 minutes

leave to cook

when cook ice and decorate.
